APEX SCALE ACADEMY - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS By enrolling in any course, creating an account, or accessing the services provided by Apex Scale Academy ("Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our services.

2. ACCOUNTS & ELIGIBILITY - You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to enroll. - You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. - Sharing account access, login credentials, or course materials with unauthorized third parties is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate termination without refund.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & LIMITED LICENSE - All course content, including video lectures, downloadable guides, slide decks, assignments, proprietary frameworks, and branding, are the exclusive intellectual property of Apex Scale Academy and its instructors. - Upon enrollment, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, educational use only. - You may NOT record, reproduce, redistribute, resell, modify, or publicly display any course materials without prior written permission from Apex Scale Academy.

4. USER CONDUCT & COMMUNITY GUIDELINES When participating in community forums, live sessions, Slack workspaces, or cohort discussions, you agree to: - Maintain a professional, respectful, and collaborative environment. - Avoid publishing harassment, hate speech, spam, or promotional material. - Protect confidential business information shared by instructors or fellow participants. Violation of community rules may result in removal from the cohort and course revocation without refund.

5. CERTIFICATION & COMPLETION Certificates of Completion are awarded solely at the discretion of Apex Scale Academy based on meeting course criteria, including module completion and project evaluation. A certificate does not represent an accredited academic degree.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Apex Scale Academy and its instructors provide educational content "as is" without warranties of any kind. While our programs are designed to advance professional skills, we do not guarantee specific employment outcomes, promotions, revenue growth, or business metrics.

7. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the state/federal courts of California.

8. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS Apex Scale Academy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Notice of significant changes will be communicated via email or platform notification.
